All horses are pre trained for approximately 4 weeks before coming into the Caulfield stable, horses that have suffered injuries or have wear and tear from the rigours of racing are sent to the water walker at Murchison for approximately 8 weeks this is a non impact way of getting the horses to an advanced fitness level before coming to the Caulfield stables.
